Excellent Michelin-starred cuisine in the heart of Frankenberg: in our gourmet restaurant Philipp Soldan – awarded one star in the Michelin Guide and three black toques in Gault & Millau – chef Erik Arnecke and his team combine precision craftsmanship, creative aromatic cuisine and top-quality regional products to create a culinary experience in a class of its own.
And all this in a uniquely relaxed and open atmosphere. Stiff Michelin-starred cuisine – not here in Frankenberg.

From Thursday to Saturday, you can enjoy a 5-course menu starting at €145. On Sundays, you can choose between a 3-course menu or a 4-course menu starting at €79.

Openness is also the guiding principle behind our two walk-in wine climate rooms, which are integrated into the Michelin-starred restaurant Philipp Soldan. Here we store around 300 wines from the world's most renowned wine-growing regions. Discover iconic classics from Bordeaux, fine Rieslings from steep German vineyards and rare, mature vintages – each wine tells its own story. Rarities and particularly old wines are also part of our exquisite selection and are sure to delight true wine connoisseurs.
Whether powerful, elegant, mineral or fruity – our wine selection is perfectly matched to the creative Michelin-starred cuisine of Erik Arnecke and his team. On request, the service team will accompany each menu with a coordinated wine selection that harmoniously underscores the flavours and opens up new taste horizons.
